Iqra brings a unique international perspective to her practice, being a member of both the Law Society of Ontario since 2023 and the Pakistan Bar Association since 2017.
Iqra has a deep commitment to helping families navigate some of life's most challenging legal issues. Her family law practice in Ontario includes assisting clients with divorce, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, parenting plans, separation agreements, and property division under the Family Law Act and Divorce Act. She is known for her compassionate yet strategic advocacy, always working to protect her clients' rights and promote the best interests of children.
In addition to her practice in Ontario, where she has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, Iqra has substantial legal experience in Pakistan and has worked with numerous Canadian law firms and judiciary โ sharpening her legal research, litigation, and drafting skills. Her dual-jurisdictional insight allows her to serve clients from diverse cultural and legal backgrounds with confidence and clarity.
